Situbondo is my hometown, a small town on the eastern tip of the island of Java. He is in the Pantura route, a city that is inhabited by various kinds of population cultures, but the most part is Madurese culture. In Situbondo there are various tourist attractions, and the most famous of which is Baluran National Park, a place that has the name Wildlife Reserve.  Baluran is a green savanna meadow, very wide and beautiful. This park has plants and some of them are native plants that are unique and able to adapt to very dry conditions, for example Mimba trees, Kemiri trees, Widoro Bukol trees, Asam Jawa and others.
There are also many animals inhabited by, among others, leopards, bulls, buffaloes, deer and others. Besides the animals there are also various birds, namely, peacocks, red jungle fowl, storks and so on. All animals are protected by the government.  
            Apart from Baluran, Situbondo also has a very beautiful marine tourism area, namely Pasirputih Beach. In this village of Pasirputih, I was born 48 years ago. Pasirputih Beach is a tourist area that offers the beauty of the surface sea or on the seabed. The waves are not too big, making us very comfortable for swimming, canoeing, boat rides and some surfing.  In the summer, that's the right time to visit Pasirputih beach, because the waves are very calm, so it's comfortable to enjoy the beauty of marine tourism, and a variety of seafood that is already available in food stalls along the beach.

            If we went  to go to Bali, before the crossing at Ketapang Port, we will enter the Situbondo  area,  and first find Pasirputih Beach then Baluran.

People in my Home town

  The variety of people's lives in my hometown of Situbondo is very much influenced by Madurese culture and customs. Because the natives there are the Madurese tribe who are descendants of the Sumenep kingdom. Although Situbondo is on the island of Java, the language and culture is Madura. In Situbondo it self there are various immigrants from everywhere, we live in peace, and they can easily adapt to the natives. Follow and obey the existing rules. In fact, their daily social language also uses the Madurese language as used by the natives. The people in my hometown are very friendly and polite, upholding religious norms. Various traditional events are held once a year, including the HODO ceremony, namely, a ceremony to ask for land fertility and a village celebration ceremony known as GEDHISA. Daily Activities

  In the b eautiful mornings . E very morning I always wake up at 4 am . Then I warm up for my body, after that I take a shower and perform the morning prayers .   Then I prepare d breakfast for my family ,  and prepare to go to work. I drive the car to work.   I started work at 7 a . m , which started with the morning ceremony. After that I carry out routine work as usual ly .   A t 12 a . m to 1 p . m rest time for lunch, and midday prayer. I started working again at 1 p . m to 5 p . m. A fter that I went home. A fter arriv ed at home , I changed clothes and took a shower, then took a short break , prepared dinner for my family and perform for maghrib prayer. A t 7 p . m we have dinner, pray evening, and watch TV.  I sleep at night around 10 p.m.  O n weekends i don’t work.  Just stay at home, but sometimes I  go to somewhere  with my family to spend the morning time for workout and grocery shopping after that....
